Red Wattles

At Rowdy Rooster Ranch, quality counts. We raise red wattle pigs year round. Red wattles are a special breed that at one time faced extinction. The are longer pig, providing an increased amount of bacon in comparison to other breeds. They are often called the "waygu" of pork due to their red meat and incredible marbling.
